her open welcoming arms! Gangtok is a serene mountain station with large monastery settlements, lush vegetation and

cascading falls all around. Pelling is distinct, quaint and ruggedly loveable with an unmistakably sweet aroma of pink

lilies bursting into blooms. Soak in the springs of Lachung and dance with the rhododendrons. Come, breathe in the

deliciously crisp air of the mountains.

Gangtok

The vibrant capital of Sikkim, Gangtok is a charming hill town set against a backdrop of snow-capped Himalayan peaks. With its bustling Mall Road, ancient monasteries, prayer-flag draped hillsides and sweeping views of Mt. Kanchenjunga on a clear day, it offers the perfect blend of culture, spirituality and mountain charm.

Pelling

Tucked away in West Sikkim, Pelling is a quiet hill town renowned for its breathtaking, up-close views of Mt. Kanchenjunga. Surrounded by ancient monasteries, sacred lakes and cascading waterfalls, it offers a slower, more contemplative pace — ideal for those seeking nature, heritage and serenity in equal measure.

Siliguri

Often called the gateway to the Northeast, Siliguri is a bustling city in the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas. While primarily a transit hub connecting Sikkim, Bhutan, Darjeeling and beyond, it offers vibrant markets, lush tea gardens on its outskirts and a lively glimpse into the region’s everyday rhythm.

Tsomgo Lake

Set at an altitude of 12,400 ft, Tsomgo Lake is a glacial lake of striking beauty, sacred to the local Sikkimese people. Its colour shifts dramatically with the seasons — from icy blue in winter to mirror-still reflections of surrounding peaks in summer — making every visit a uniquely magical experience.

This journey through Sikkim and the Himalayan foothills is best experienced between March and early June, when the weather is pleasant, skies are clear and the views of Mt. Kanchenjunga are at their finest. Spring brings blooming rhododendrons and magnolias across the hillsides, while October to December offers crisp, dry days and equally spectacular mountain vistas — ideal for sightseeing, monastery visits and exploring high-altitude lakes like Tsomgo.

The monsoon months from July to September bring heavy rainfall and occasional landslides, and travel during this time is not recommended.

Day 1

Bagdogra – Pelling Arrive at Bagdogra Airport, where your guide and driver will greet you. Set off on the scenic 5.5 hour drive to Pelling, checking in by tea time to unwind for the evening.

Please note: Sikkim’s roads are under constant repair due to landslides and heavy rains, so expect rough patches along the way.

Day 2

Pelling Drive out to the sacred Khecheopalri Lake — known as the wish-fulfilling lake — set amidst dense forest. Return to Pelling for lunch, followed by a visit to the Pelling Skywalk and the Rabdentse Palace Ruins, the second capital of Sikkim, offering sweeping views of the Kanchenjunga range.

Day 3

Pelling – Gangtok A picturesque 4.5 hour drive to Gangtok, with breaks along the way for coffee and views. En route, stop at the serene Bakthang Waterfall before checking in to your property.

Day 4

Gangtok A full day of local sightseeing with your guide, visiting the Tsuklakhang Palace and Monastery, the Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom, the Enchey Monastery and the flower exhibition centre. In the evening, head to the Mall area for some leisurely shopping.

Day 5

Gangtok – Tsomgo Lake – Gangtok Drive up to Tsomgo Lake (12,000 ft) — a stunning glacial lake set amid windswept mountains. A freshly prepared picnic lunch will be provided. On the way back, stop at the Tashi Viewpoint for majestic views of the Kanchenjunga range, before returning to the property for a relaxed evening, with the option of a bonfire if the weather permits.

Day 6

Gangtok – Siliguri Drive approximately 4 hours to Siliguri, with a lunch stop en route. Check in by tea time and relax for the evening.

Day 7

Siliguri – Bagdogra Airport A short 30 minute drive to Bagdogra Airport for your onward flight. Bid farewell to your driver and guide.
